The Chairman of the Hoa Binh Construction Group
He graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture in 1985 with a degree in architecture. Following his graduation, he joined the Housing Management Company, where he contributed to the design and construction of several private housing projects. In 1987, Mr. Hai established Hoa Binh Construction, assuming the role of Executive Director with a team comprising 5 engineers and 20 workers.
