He has over 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Management within the personal care products and consumer goods industries at renowned companies like LG Vina and Campina Vietnam. Presently, he serves as the Executive Director at Rang Dong Company (Rando).

Additionally, he has extensive experience conducting training programmes, both in-house and Public, for reputable organisations and training centers. His clientele includes companies from diverse sectors such as Pharmaceuticals (MSD, Sanofi, Boehringer – Germany), Construction (Coteccons, Ricon, Unicon), and Real Estate (Garmuda Land, Novaland, HDTC Land).
