Ms. My Duong achieved a Master’s degree in Marketing & Innovation with an exceptional GPA from Ca’Foscari University of Venice in Italy, in 2020. She has possessed a decade of experience in the Marketing field, encompassing various fields such as internal and external PR, corporate communications and events, branding and digital marketing, as well as product and channel marketing. Her practical expertise spans across prominent Insurance and Financial Corporations, including Manulife Financial, Chubb Life Insurance, Sun Life, and Hafele.

Currently serving as a BGS Global Expert, Ms. My Duong also actively contributes to training programs at esteemed universities and institutes such as AIM Academy, BMG Education, and Lead the Change Education Complex.
