He has been involved in the field of human resources since 1998, dedicating more than a decade to senior administrative roles. Furthermore, he possesses valuable experience in training and coaching management and leadership skills. He is sought after as a visiting lecturer in Human Resource Management at various universities and training centres in Ho Chi Minh City.
