She obtained a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and possesses over a decade of experience in consulting and training within various fields such as Human Resource Management, Building Management System, Competency Assessment, BSC-KPIs, and Salary 3P.

She has actively participated in consulting projects for companies like DKRA Vietnam, Van Duc Tien Giang, DIC Group, I Buy Beauty, TCM, Bidiphar Pharmaceutical, Phong Phu (PPJ), Phong Lien, Tratimex, Amber capital, OPC, and Thanh Phat.

Currently, she holds the position as the Director of the BGS Global Vietnam and be also a member of the National Startup Advisory and Support Council – Southern KV (VCCI).
